Camp 2026 Cancellation Policy

We hire coaches for you on a per-registration basis. Your registration triggers per-camper expenses and a hiring process with a guaranteed salary. We will not un-hire coaches because of cancellations - their expenses must be covered. Additionally, in the weeks leading up to camp, supplies, equipment, and materials must be purchased, and facility fees must be paid. The coaches and materials purchased for you will be at camp whether or not you are at camp. If you must cancel your commitment to attending camp, we need time to allow other campers to take your place and cover our costs. To ensure that we are able to secure the very best staff and that we procure everything you will need while at camp, our refund policy for camp is as follows:

• Through April 30^th, 2026 registration is fully refundable.
• Between May 1-June 30^th, 2026, 50% of your tuition will be refunded.
• Between July 1-July 17^th, 2026, 20% of your tuition will be refunded.
• As of July 17^th, 2026, there is no refund guaranteed, including no-shows and early departures.

While we will consider last minute cancellations on a case-by-case basis, please understand the formula described above. We always strive to be empathetic, but timing and logistics may make it impossible for us to make an exception to the cancellation policy.
